• What is involved in installation of this product?
Disconnect (or remove) the ballast(s) and starter and then connect the fixtures power wires directly into the end sockets. Of course this should be done when the mains is shut off. Please consult a professional electrician when dealing with any live wire installations.
• Is this the same size as the tubes in the 2x2 grid fixture in the ceiling above the sink of our office bathroom?

• What is the beam angle of this light?
120 degrees! That means it has a downward beam angle towards the floor. No wasted light is shooting up into the housing panel.
